  Best brisket in the 4 state area ! Big variety of slow smoked meats . This place is awesome ! I would drive 50+ miles to eat this BBQ . I eat here at very least once a week .When you walk in the door it smells like heaven . They spared no expense remodeling their building , the place looks top notch , really cool . It used to be an old tire and service station and thats kinda their theme. Only bad thing is sometimes they run out of certain meats early , but thats because they only make enough for that day so that all the meat is fresh and never re heated after they come out of the smoker . Its way better that way . Some BBQ places will have refrigerated pre smoked meats and just re heat them , not here . The staff and owners are great people and super nice !
  Not open every day at the moment , i think they're experimenting with hours because they're still pretty new , so make sure and call before you come to make sure they're open and see what meat they have left .
